  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Orders: 2–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping method selected

  • Order size and weight

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (when available).

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

QENANA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@qenana.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged package or item (if applicable)

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or the shipping address was incorrect, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
